Judith Walthers is a killer from Arizona who was convicted of the murder of Kevin Worzalla
According to court documents Judith Walthers was living with fifty four year old Kevin Worzalla when something went wrong. Walthers would attack Kevin Worzalla who would be beaten and stabbed several times before Judith stole his truck and other belongings and fled. Family of Kevin Worzalla would become concerned when they had not heard from him for a couple of times and when police performed a welfare check they would discover his body.

Prosecutors say an Arizona woman has been sentenced to life in prison for killing a man and taking his truck.
The Maricopa County Attorney’s Office said 24-year-old Judith Walthers was sentenced Friday in the death of 54-year-old Kevin Worzalla.
Authorities say they were called to a Mesa apartment in February 2014 to check the welfare of a tenant who had not been heard from for several days. They found Worzalla’s body with multiple injuries and stab wounds.
Neighbors told police Walthers had been storing her belongings at Worzalla’s home and had been using his vehicle.
At the time, police had said DNA from Walthers was found on bloody items at the crime scene and there was evidence that she allegedly attempted to clean the crime scene.

A woman was sentenced to life in prison on Friday for the 2014 murder of a Mesa man she had been staying with, court officials said.
Judith Elaine Walthers was sentenced for first-degree murder under the terms of a plea deal that call for her to serve at least 25 years in prison before any possible release, court officials said..
Walthers was sentenced for the January 2014 murder of 54-year-old Kevin Worzalla, who was found dead inside his Mesa residence.
Police found his body with signs of trauma after being asked to check on him by family members, who were concerned because they hadn’t heard from him for a week.
Police said his vehicle and other property were missing from his apartment and that Walthers, who was 20 at the time, had been staying with Worzalla. Walthers’ DNA was found on bloody items located at the crime scene, officials said.
In addition to pleading guilty to the murder, Walthers also entered guilty pleas for several other counts related to the crime, which will have to be served consecutively on top of the murder sentence, court officials said. They are:
Sale or transportation of dangerous drugs, 8 years.
Theft of a means of transportation, 4 years.

oday Judith Walthers (D.O.B. 05/26/1993) was sentenced to Life in Prison for First Degree Murder, in addition to four years for Theft of Means of Transportation and two years for Second Degree Escape all connected to the death of 54-year-old Kevin Worzalla.
“Today’s sentencing holds this defendant accountable for her shocking lack of regard for human life and the threat she has proven to be to the community,” said Maricopa County Attorney Bill Montgomery.
On February 4, 2014 officers were called to a Mesa apartment to the check the welfare of a tenant that the landlord had not seen for several days. Inside officers found the body of Worzalla with multiple injuries and stab wounds. Neighbors told officers Walthers, who was homeless, had been storing her belongings at Worzalla’s home and had been using his vehicle, which was now missing.
A day later officers located Walthers and arrested her for an outstanding warrant for previous drug charges. While in custody she claimed she had a medical emergency and was taken to a nearby hospital. Once at the hospital she escaped from her escort and tried to hide in the ceiling of the emergency room.
Family and friends of the suspect told investigators Walthers liked the thrill of robbing people and had made several comments to them about wanting to “kill an old man” for his truck prior to the murder.
